Jurassic Quest Drive Thru
The Jurassic Quest Drive Thru is an event taking place across several cities in the United States. This one allows participants to drive-thru an exhibition with more than 70 life-sized animatronic dinosaurs. It’s like being on a safari except the wildlife are creatures that went extinct millions of years ago. Not only are the dinosaurs incredibly realistic looking but they are displayed in scenes that also feel lifelike, so kids get a sense of how they would have interacted and behaved in real life.
As you enter the drive-thru experience, you’ll also be able to listen to the digital audio tour, which provides more background on the scenes and the various dinosaurs. The entire experience is about one hour in length, with plenty of time to feel like you got your fair share of dinosaur adventure and fun.
Dinosaurs Live
Looking for a Canadian drive-thru dinosaur experience? If so, Dinosaurs Live at the Stevensville Zoo is the one to check out. Guests will remain in their cars and drive through more than 60 exhibits. Of course, just as you would expect, these dinosaurs are animatronic so they move and roar and look incredibly intimidating. All the most popular types will be represented, so if your child has a favorite, or two, they are bound to see them with this experience.
Six Flags Xpedition Dino
During September, October, and November there will be select dates available for the Six Flags Xpedition Dino drive-thru experience. This one offers 30 life-sized dinosaurs along its trail. They appear more lifelike thanks to the realistic sounds and motions they make.
The way this experience works is that you can add it onto your Wild Safari Drive-Thru Adventure or as part of your theme park pass.
Should you sign up for this experience, it is recommended that you download the printable guide or the audio guide to use during the drive-thru experience. This will add more color and context to the dinosaurs.
